Scalytics Connect End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Scalytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Scalytics Connect, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.

2. Scope of License

• You may install and use Scalytics Connect on a single computer or device.
• You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sell the software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Scalytics retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Scalytics Connect, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Scalytics may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Scalytics Connect and destroy all copies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the use of Scalytics Connect.

6. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

7. Entire Agreement
